The restaurantThe restaurant Mont Néry is located inside the Villa Fridau, and is a place of traditions and flavours. The furnishings are traditional and elegant, in stone and wood with wood panelling and the round stove heater of Gressoney. Chef Massimo Lagomarsini travels from the Valle d'Aosta to Liguria, passing through the Piedmont and Lombardy, using seasonal products and valorising the local products of the territory. Seating for sixty is divided into different areas: the friends’ grotto, the bistro and the round tables. The wine cellar is interesting, with its vault and restored original stone flooring, and offers Italian wines and wines from the Valle d’Aosta. The menu changes every week, while maintaining certain main lines (fancy appetizers, homemade pasta, polenta with stews, homemade desserts), and also includes a children’s menu (pasta, meat and ice cream). For groups, special menus are available on request, as are themed evenings, including wine tasting. |
